Painting Process Engineering Specialist (Maranello)

In order to strengthen our Painting Team we are looking for a Painting Process Engineering Specialist, based in Maranello (Italy).
In this position, you will be responsible to manage new processes regarding equipment industrialization and product development, focusing on the Painting Process.
You will work closely with Manufacturing, R&D and Quality Department to evaluate the process feasibility and to develop new products, equipment and machinery.
As part of the team, you will be:
• monitoring and resolving documentary issues during material receipt Monitoring the implementation of new equipment (tools, reference templates, control gauges, leak test systems, etc...) from concept to series production phase;
• Supervising the start-up production phase collaborating with manufaturing and quality to guarantee the required volumes and quality standards
• Managing suppliers regarding the equipment provide • Collaborating with manufacturing, quality and R&D, in order to evaluate the Process Risk Assessment table, the critical issues of the assembly and testing process of new engines.
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in Engineering field; you will have gained at least 4\5 years dedicated experience in Painting Manufacturing Processes.
In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, thinking analytically, including attention to details and critical thinking ability.
Fluent English is required for the position.
