Manage and supervise IT team
IT project co-ordination, management, and implementation
Must work in timely, safe, prudent, and organized manner
Is aware of and abides by all hotel policies, procedures & relevant legislations

To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management

資格

More than 6 years IT management level experience in a hotel or hospitality industry
Previous experience with hospitality industry software suite, e.g. Opera, Infrasys, SUN, BSS a must
Conversational level English skill compulsory
Conversational Japanese preferred
Experience in staff management and training
Interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Time management and multi-tasking skills

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
