We are looking for a talented Program & CX Specialist!

In this role, you will be responsible for leading programs and improving customer experience (CX) within the organization. The role includes developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience, leading projects, and programs, and collaborating with various teams within the organization.

The selected candidate will be reporting to Manager Programs in the Marketing & Digital function.


What will your day-to-day look like (Responsibilities)?

Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience (CX).
Leading programs and projects in the field of customer experience.
Analyzing data and generating insights to improve customer experience.
Developing and delivering training to various teams within the organization on customer experience.
Monitoring trends and changes in the field of customer experience and implementing them within the organization.
Conducting in-depth analysis and continuous investigation of data, creating strategic and tactical recommendations to improve performance.
Building and managing projects according to commercial and marketing needs, at the level of strategy, business thinking, and holistic view of all consumer touchpoints.
Working closely with the brand, digital, and commercial teams to plan various activities (connecting offline and online).


What are we looking for (Skills and Experience)?

Experience in Leading programs and improving customer experience.
Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various teams within the organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Business Administration, Technology, etc.).
High data analysis skills and the ability to generate insights from various information sources, as well as knowledge in building personalized value propositions based on segmentation.
Experience in project management and the ability to work under pressure on multiple areas simultaneously.
Motivation to advance and develop in marketing field.
Ability to work in a team and with various interfaces within the organization.
Relevant bachelor's degree - mandatory.
High level of English - writing and speaking - mandatory.
Full proficiency in Office applications.


Advantages:

Familiarity with the SFP category.
