Danone MENA is looking for a talented Hospital Coordinator – Governmental Sector to be based in Riyadh, KSA like you!

In the context of Specialized Nutrition MENA, the candidate will be responsible to grow the category and gain share and also to further accelerate our business locally through supporting the field team in the relevant channel. This is done in line with corporate guidelines and strategies by planning and executing sales plans and developing partnerships with key stakeholders & medical institutions as well as our distributor in the country. In summary, manage the day-to-day hospital management responsibilities and sales operations and have overall business scope accountability.


The candidate will also carry the following responsibilities:

Hospital Management:

Collecting Data from the field team related to the business on monthly to have full analysis then introducing to his Line Manager.
Monitor stock levels and consumption in key accounts to avoid overstock or shortages by communicating with the Danone team monthly.
Integrate the data with our distributor to Support Danone's business Growth

Distributor Management:

Handle quotations, delivery notes, and delivery of goods to accounts in coordination with Distributor team.
Distributor team's strong engagement to ensure proper communication and achieve Danone's objectives.

StakeholderManagement:

Internal: Coordinate with the field team in assigned regions to ensure cohesive efforts and support. Work cooperatively with Field Managers in assigned regions to achieve Danone Objectives.
External: Identify and map key stakeholders in hospitals landscape. Develop strategies to engage and manage relationships with identified stakeholders effectively. Update all Field managers about country dynamic.

Tender Management:

Handle tender deliveries to avoid delays or penalties.
Manage the end-to-end tender process, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely submission.

Forecast Accuracy:

Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and inventory management in coordination with Field Managers, Supply chain, and distributor team.
Communicate forecast updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness


About you

To be successful in the role you should ideally have:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Dietitian, or equivalent.

Experience:

Area to be covered: Central and Eastern Regions
Years of experience: Minimum 5 years of experience covering Baby Nutrition Category
Minimum years of experience with Danone: 2 years
Tender Management Experience is considered a plus.
