As we continue our transformation, we are seeking a Sales Order Specialist to join Swedish Match Nordics in our Stockholm office.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Order Specialist will be part of our Logistics & Distribution team, responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with our business customers. This role involves both order management and customer service, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintaining constant communication with our business internal/external customers and distributors via email and/or phone.
Collaborating with third-party suppliers, such as warehousing and logistics providers.
Registering and reviewing sales orders in SAP.
Managing complaints and monitoring the delivery of goods.
Continuously seeking ways to develop and improve processes.
Ensuring efficient and timely product order flow to our business customers.
Managing the backend processes of the eCommerce platform for restocking websites
Implementing new systems and processes by conducting tests to support further developments.
Please note that this role is a temporary contract for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a social, driven, and forward-thinking individual with the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
2-3 years of relevant work experience in customer service or logistics.
Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in a Nordic language is highly beneficial.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Knowledge of SAP is favorable.
