Job Summary:
Nestlé Saudi Arabia is seeking a Production Operator to join our team in Dammam. The Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery in the production process while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery efficiently and safely according to company guidelines.
Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth operation throughout the production process.
Perform basic troubleshooting and report technical issues to the maintenance team.
Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards in accordance with Nestlé policies.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality control requirements.
Maintain accurate production records and report any deviations or defects.
Collaborate with the production team to improve efficiency and minimize waste.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Technical diploma preferred).
1+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of machinery operation and safety procedures.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow strict protocols.
Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
