Job Summary:
Sunshine Travel Agency is looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer support in the travel industry. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and assisting with booking processes to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:
āœ”ļø Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from customers regarding travel bookings, packages, and policies.
āœ”ļø Assist customers with flight reservations, hotel bookings, and tour arrangements.
āœ”ļø Resolve complaints and issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
āœ”ļø Maintain customer records and update databases accurately.
āœ”ļø Work closely with the sales and operations team to coordinate travel services.
āœ”ļø Promote company services and suggest upgrades based on customer needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
āœ”ļø Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
āœ”ļø Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
āœ”ļø Proficiency in MS Office and booking software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).
āœ”ļø Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
āœ”ļø Previous experience in customer service, preferably in travel or hospitality.
