Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Team Members to join our dynamic team at the Ford Oakville Plant. In this role, you will contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality vehicles while adhering to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment and machinery as instructed.
Perform assembly-line tasks such as fitting, welding, and inspection.
Maintain quality standards by conducting checks and adhering to process guidelines.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required.
