Factory Locations:

York, England: Specializes in producing beloved chocolate products such as KitKat, Aero, and more.
Fawdon, England: Home to the production of classic Rowntree’s sweets like Fruit Pastilles and Jelly Tots.
Girvan, Scotland: Focuses on producing Nescafé and other premium coffee products.
Position: Production Operative

Location: York, England
(Please note: Positions may also be available in Fawdon or Girvan depending on business needs.)

Job Overview:
As a Production Operative, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, working on production lines to ensure the smooth creation of some of the world’s most popular chocolate, sweet, and coffee products. You will help maintain the quality and consistency of our goods while adhering to strict safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery in a fast-paced factory environment.
Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
Perform quality checks on products throughout the production process.
Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and safe working environment.
Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed.
Support in the setup and cleaning of equipment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential).
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
