Job Summary
Walmart Distribution Centers in Miami, FL, are seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team. This role involves handling the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring timely order processing and maintaining Walmart's high standards. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
• Accurately pick, pack, and process orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and packages using manual and automated equipment (training provided)
• Perform quality checks to ensure all items meet company standards before distribution
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse in accordance with safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counts
• Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
• Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity and efficiency goals

Qualifications
• No prior experience required; full training will be provided
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift, move, and carry products weighing up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, with standing and walking for extended periods
• Basic math and reading skills to process orders and inventory counts
