Job Responsibilities:
Receiving and Storing: Unload deliveries, verify contents against purchase orders, and store products in designated areas.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare tea and coffee orders for shipment.
Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
Quality Control: Inspect tea and coffee products for quality and report any issues to supervisors.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety and health regulations.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
Requirements:
Education: No formal education required; high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
Skills:
Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20 kg).
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
Language: Basic understanding of Norwegian; ability to communicate effectively in Norwegian.
