Job Responsibilities:
Receiving and Storing: Unload deliveries, check for accuracy, and store items in the appropriate locations.
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Inventory Management: Assist with regular inventory counts, ensuring stock levels are accurate.
Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, following safety and health regulations.
Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently (training provided).
Requirements:
Education: No formal education required; high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
Experience: No previous experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
Skills:
Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20 kg).
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
Language: Basic understanding of Spanish; ability to communicate effectively in Spanish.
