Job Description:

Goodyear is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for the position of Production Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery to ensure the efficient and effective production of high-quality tires. Your commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards will be essential in supporting our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery to produce tires in accordance with company specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure machinery and equipment are functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Adhere to quality control procedures to meet production standards and ensure product integrity.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and address any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies or concerns to management.

Requirements:

• No prior experience is required for this position. Comprehensive training will be provided on the job.
• A strong commitment to safety and quality in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes in the production process.
