Job Description

Are you ready to Transform the IT department? Collaborate with cross functional departments?

Drive road map in according to the strategy and encourage hotels to follow best in class standards?

Overall responsibility of the Tech landscape of the Russia. Focus on the security and compliance to ensure balance between best Tech practices and local regulations. Defines strategy of the region to tailor Tech across the region and ensure execution in a timely manner and budget constraints. Work closely with Operations and Distribution teams to deliver best results in terms of localization and integration between the systems.


As a CIO (Chief Information Officer) Russia you will:

Define and execute Tech strategy of the region
Overall Tech lead with the focus on the security to deliver smooth eco system with aligning global standards to the best local and market practices
Build and empower a strong team through effective guidance and support in handling difficult or complex situations
Key integrations and alignment with the supporting vendors
Link between Tech / other departments to effectively coordinate efforts
Ensure compliance with Corporate and industry standards guidelines and requirements e.g. PCI DSS, IT Audit, Data Privacy etc.
Responsible for the Tech recruitment, talent development and performance management, including performance reviews
Manage and execute budget of the department


Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Expertise in Project Management – PMP or Prince2 certification preferred. University degree or equivalent
Inspiring leader with teamwork approach.
Strong conceptualization, analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills and presentation skills
Managing large scale, large budget projects;
Financial Management
Resource management of service resources
Business Performance
