About the Role

As our SFP Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of our Smoke Free Products (SFP) initiatives. This outstanding opportunity allows you to craft, develop, and coordinate the deployment of SFP-related projects, crafting engaging content and mechanics for both offline and online channels. Your work will help our community connect with our product, programs, and culture in a meaningful way.


Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary coordinator for SFP product-related initiatives.
Develop comprehensive project schedules and activities, including pre-launch lead-times and post-launch evaluations.
Build project concepts, define the scope of deployment, and provide necessary toolboxes for all activated channels.
Take part in product development projects by preparing cases and multilanguage documentation.
Advise on effective strategies for online and offline channels, bringing to bear cross-functional teams and PMI's global and regional hubs.
Maintain constant communication with clusters, leading markets, and regions to ensure access to the latest information, plans, and key findings for efficient solutions.
Monitor analytics to drive continual improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with content experts and key collaborators within the organization and external local and international agencies.
Apply excellent writing skills to produce public-facing content that reaches and engages target audiences.
Collaborate closely with Consumer Experience and Commercial teams to determine company priorities and support business initiatives.
Apply knowledge of design principles to coordinate with graphic designers and agencies.
Display an in-depth understanding of media platforms and use platform-specific functionality to engage the audience (live video, stories, polling, contests, etc.).
Monitor, listen, and respond to users while nurturing relationships with our online and offline communities.


Required Qualifications

Higher education in marketing, business, linguistics, or information technologies.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in marketing and project management.
PR/marketing background.
Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English.
Experience in an international company and digital marketing is a plus.
Experience as a digital/content marketer is a plus.
