Your 'day to day'

In this role, you will serve as Product Category Insights Analyst, a function dedicated to providing actionable information to support business decision-making. As analyst, you will perform recurring analysis of PMI ecosystems' quality performance and conduct analysis of quality evolution and deviations. Ensure depth of analysis and actionability of generated insights. Depending on specific assignment, scope includes the monitoring of quality performance in-market, in-device, in design & manufacturing (device and/or consumable), at suppliers or a combination thereof.


More specifically, you'll

• Lead the monitoring of quality performance pertaining to the assigned scope. Conduct the recurring monitoring of quality performance.

• Conduct the analysis of quality evolution and characterization of deviations relying on all sources of relevant data.

• Collaborate within and beyond the team to corroborate quality deviation characterization.

• Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to support business planning and decision-making.

• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to teams in an understandable and actionable way.

• Develop and maintain Business Intelligence tools and systems to streamline data collection and analysis processes.

• Track key performance indicators and other metrics to monitor the health of the business and identify areas for improvement.

• Build effective external and internal partnerships and relationships through monitoring industry trends and new development opportunities.


Who we're looking for

• Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent, with specialization in Data Analytics, or equivalent experience in.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D and/or Data Science, ideally in a large corporate multinational and innovative environment, in consumer goods or relevant industry.

• Sound skills in critical thinking & problem-solving and data driven decision making. Attention to detail & natural willingness to challenge the status quo. Demonstrated influencing skills with teams and management. Ability to drive execution (key performance indicators, processes) and deal with ambiguity.

• Strong analytical and monitoring skills (Descriptive, Diagnostic), with data visualization. Ability to analyze & Interpret Heterogeneous and Complex Data. Expertise in carrying out complex investigations coupled with documenting & report writing. Program & Project Management. Business Insight, Case Preparation.

• Sound technical skills in PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Statistical tools.

• Fluent in English (verbally and written) with excellent communication and presentation skills.
