About the job

• A Warehouse Coordinator will ensure all orders are processed accurately within agreed parameters
• You will receive documents, handle eventual complaints and different types of inquiries related to distribution and customer service
• Co-ordinate with distribution and production, etc. to ensure timely order delivery from warehouse
• Handle ad hoc Engineering requests and Engineering control cover
• Inform manager of any issues as they arise within timely manner.
• Work as an integral member of the team sharing both information and workload, and remain flexible with regards to tasks done on a daily basis.


Who are you?

• A motivated team player, who can work on their own initiative
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service environment or within the shipping industry
General Competencies: English and IT skills on a high level.
• Strong organisational skills and communication skills as you will deal with multiple suppliers and customer service teams
• SAP knowledge would be beneficial but not essential
