Lead implementation of brands’ paid media strategy in close collaboration with brand managers and media agencies in Nordics and Baltics, including media briefing, full funnel strategy media plans and evaluations for brands and campaigns in scope.



Your main responsibilities will be:

•Lead implementation of brands’ paid media strategy in close collaboration with brand managers and media agencies in Nordics and Baltics, including media briefing, full funnel strategy media plans and evaluations for brands and campaigns in scope.

•Partner with media agencies and brand managers, ensuring timely execution and successful delivery of our commitments.

•Set relevant media KPIs, follow up on execution, performance and ROI and set best practices.

•Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to pioneer with new media initiatives.

ABOUT YOU
In order to be successful, you need to have:

•3-5+ years working experience in media related role either from media agency or publisher side. Experience from multinational or multicultural organization is a merit.

•Solid media expertise, with track record of achieving sustainable results.

•Analytical and structured approach and can easily connect media with business agenda.

•Ability to drive with conviction and to challenge constructively while taking various levels of stakeholders onboard.

•Fluency in English.
