Job Description:
As a Production Line Worker at Skoda Auto's car factory in Mladá Boleslav, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of our world-class vehicles.

Key responsibilities include:

Assembly: Participate in the assembly of various car components on the production line, following standardized procedures and quality standards.
Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks to ensure that all assembled parts meet Skoda's stringent quality requirements.
Machine Operation: Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth production flow and address any issues or challenges that may arise.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements and efficiency enhancements to optimize production operations.

Willingness to relocate to Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic, and work full-time at the Skoda car factory.
