Your ‘day to day’

Data Stewardship Senior Specialist is ultimately responsible for managing and maintaining high-quality data within organization. In this role you will:

• ensure that data is accurate, reliable and aligned with business objectives,
• ensure main data sets, data governance rules and policies are well documented and accessible to organization,
• facilitate collaboration and act as a liaison between data stewards, IT function and other global teams,
• support and train organization on how to access and manage data,
• drive all data-related initiatives and new developments,
• provide training, onboarding programs and individual support for data stewards (analysts),
• ensure that data stewards maintain accurate and up-to-date data,
• collaborate with data architects / IT functions in the creation and maintenance of data models.
Who we’re looking for:
• you have a university degree (Economics, Business administration, IT or similar),
• 2-5 years of experience in data management field,
• expertise in data policy development,
• ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders,
• possesses knowledge and expertise in carrying out training sessions to groups and individually,
• excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and risk management skills,
• have good SQL skills,
• Power BI knowledge is an advantage,
• fluently speak in English and Lithuanian.

Salary range for this role is 4,188 EUR to 5,025 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
