Joining Enterprise Analytics & Data

The Enterprise Analytics and Data (EAD) team is to enable consumer intimacy and the intelligent enterprise. We are driving, scaling and monetizing our investment in data to drive faster decisions, personalize consumer experience, and realize top-line and bottom-line impact across the value chain.
To spark the value of data for PMI, we are driving a comprehensive data and analytics transformation program including the shift to a federation of data & analytics skills and capabilities to accelerate PMI on the journey to become data driven.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 2+ years of experience in working in multinational corporation
• Experience in cross-functional team, project-based working and/or contract management would be an asset
• Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills, ability to convert collaborators' needs to real business problems
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous and dynamic environment, showing proactive approach towards customers at different levels of seniority
• Demonstrating high level of independence and maturity for all the delegated tasks, but also acting as collaborative and supportive team member
• A someone who is ready to develop within cross-functional team providing services globally
• Knowledge of MS Systems
• Knowledge of CLM Icertis tool is an asset
• Strong presentation skills
• English and Spanish speaker (business communication proficiency), Portuguese would be an asset

HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Provide support for users with daily tasks related to contract management tool
• Perform project & partnership along with many activities such as: maintaining documentation to support line manager, to keep update partners posted on project status & risks and to act as a subject matter expert
• Participate in projects related to the improvements of the tool, development of interfaces and new configurations, including testing
• Provide training and demo sessions to end users, including the ones located in the Americas
• Work on process standardization
• Provide reports and perform data cleansing activities to ensure high quality of data in the system
• Manage Global Contracts Template Library
