Manager Strategy and Program Delivery

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• 6+ years of general business experience, including cross-functional roles in Senior positions and previous experience in managing people on a manager / head level
• University degree – Master of Business degree in Financial Management / Economics / Business Administration / Mathematics
• Understanding of company P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Commercial setup
• Fluency in English, very good written and verbal communications skills.

• Strategic insight and planning
• Financial savviness and effective cooperation with Local and Corporate stakeholders
• A natural communicator with fluent articulation from Strategy to Solution
• Global and Local business (product/portfolio/setup) pattern recognition and feasibility assessment for applicability

Soft skills
• Proficient stakeholder management skills
• Navigating in complex business setups and strive for improvement
• Passionate about hands-on assessment of business opportunities with objective judgement on its potential

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
• Continuous monitoring of market / business developments and identifying growth opportunities
• Orchestration of 1-3 years strategy preparation aligning Commercial and Corporate stakeholders
• Leading Management Team discussions to facilitate investment prioritization and alignment
• Coordinate regular and ad-hoc business reviews with Headquarter
• Propose and implement changes steadily evolving Project Based planning to ensure rapid response of changing strategic priorities in the organization's daily activities.
• Leading deployment of strategic projects (Finance, Commercial, Fiscal). Utilize best in class project management and cross-functional collaboration tools/techniques to establish the benchmark for the rest of the organization.
• Oversight of Project Management Office (Framework, deployment, follow-up on initiatives)
