Работа в Турции: Factory Quality Hygenist

We are currently looking for a Factory Quality Hygenist to join our new investment project team who will be responsible to ensure that quality, compliance and hygiene standards are maintained and promoted within the site by following company policies, standards, norms and applicable legal regulations, acts as the guardian of food safety and compliance in the site, having the role to challenge all other functions in the pursuit of zero defect as the essential base for maintaining consumer trust and preference.

Main Responsibilities;

• Support projects team in hygienic engineering and quality solution for new builds (PHACCP, Knowledge center, construction standards);
• Promote quality awareness across the engineering project community;
• Define and update the specific quality related procedures, instruction and tools which are directly related to their area;
• Support activities to achieve compliance with the quality systems requirements;
• Deliver training for their specific areas of expertise;
• Prepare with team gate review with quality related steps;
• Part of CQV with engineering teams.


Qualifications;

• University graduate or equivalent (preferred food science related);
• Experience as a team member in a food manufacturing environment in quality/ engineering department;
• Experience in successfully implementing quality assurance programs or new factory build;
• Developed ability to build personal relationships with different functions based on trust and open communication;
• Developed training and coaching skills;
• Upper-intermediate English level;
• Proficiency in MS Office.
