SALES ASSISTANT – Modern Trade channel Trainee

For our Sales division in Milan we are looking as of now for an Assistant NAM Trainee.

During your internship you'll be part of a dynamic and passionate team leading the most important innovation for the company and you'll have visibility on all the company's departments, and you'll contribute to the achievements of your team.

About the job

In details, you'll support the Sales Team in the following activities:

- Planning of promotional activities and post analysis;
- Managing communication flows with sales account;
- Define and track the KPI on the customer;
- Category and assortment analysis (in collaboration with the Category Team);
- Planning of the sell- out activities in collaboration with the Trade Marketing Team.

About you

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:

- Master’s degree in Economics or Marketing or Management Engineering;
- Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking;
- Previous experience in Sales will be a plus;
- Structured and analytical way of working;
- Relational skills and flexibility;
- Excel and Power Point knowledge;
- Fluent in English.
