Your ‘day to day’

As a Commercial Analyst, you will provide Commercial Organization with reports, analytics, and insights to monitor & forecast company’s performance, evaluate & plan commercial initiatives and analyse competition activities. Contribute to business planning Yearly volumes, quarterly Rolling Forecasts - through market overview, business cases preparation and data-based forecasting. Ensure product planning and sufficiency.

You will also:

• Provide comprehensive reports on market activities and detailed product demand planning.
• Constantly gather consumer insights through available sources. Combine market, business & competition insights to lead business case preparation for commercial activities.
• Prepare initial inputs for various volume, pricing and initiatives plans.
• Prepare tracking reports for sales & commercial activities according to project scope, timings and KPIs. Provide Weekly and Monthly overviews to organization on key KPIs.
• Monitor performance against set targets, anticipate potential issues and propose proactive actions, which serves as inputs for strategy preparation.

Who we’re looking for:

• A university degree (business administration, economics, finance or similar).
• Experience in commercial / sales planning and analytics roles.
• Excellent planning and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to make decisions based on data, analyse numbers and react quickly to grasp the opportunity.
• Clear and constructive communication, good presentation skills and fluent English (Latvian is an advantage).

• Salary range for this role is 2,771 EUR to 3,325 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
