IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

ABOUT THE JOB

Job Purpose:

• Actively provide IT support to business users and properly communicate with them about IT related topics
• Maintain life cycle of IT assets & equipment. Keep records of PCs & other IT equipment and their relations in configuration management database (CMDB)
• Collaborate with IT colleagues and L2 support to deliver fast and efficient solutions
• Execute IT Projects & Tasks
• Help to maintain server & network infrastructure
• Execute IT support for external company located on premise
• Prepare IT tools for users, including PCs, mobile devices, printers, user guides
• Participate on IT trainings and prepare training materials

ABOUT YOU

The successfull candidate must:
• Be enthusiastic in IT area and have basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, O365 products, networking.
• Have strong customer relation orientation, excellent verbal and written skills
• English written and spoken at minimum intermediate level
• Be able to work independently and collaborate with remote teams
