3500.00 € KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (PHARMA, BALTICS)

ABOUT THE JOB

Are you an ambitious professional with experience in sales development? Are you self-driven, with entrepreneurial mindset? If yes, then take this opportunity and join our team as Key Account Manager for our Specialized Nutrition division.

As Key Account Manager for Pharma business in Baltics you will be key player to develop and deploy Key Account Management strategy to drive profitable and sustainable growth and become the preferred partner to key customers. This position is permanent, as we believe in hybrid work you could choose to work remotely or to work from our office.

YOUR MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Drive perfect store execution across all pharma in Baltics
• Establish and develop selected customers to build a collaborative partnership of mutual value
• Contribute to the achievement of sales objectives
• Understand the customer (core activities, competitive environment, business model, organization structure & Decision Making Unit)
• Create SMART action plans and ensure measurement & control over customer performance against a clear set of KPI’s
• Manage key account planning, contract management, ensuring customer investments are transparent and targeted to drive profitable growth
• Identify key levers to improve our customer’s experience
• Lead strategic negotiations


ABOUT YOU

• 2+ years of successful commercial sales experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset – enjoy accountability for results with freedom on how to deliver them
• Ability to define strategy and identify and execute key activities consistent with the strategy
• High analytical ability with strong excel skills
• Advanced English skills in speaking and writing, preferable Russian language knowledge

If you are employed in Latvia, please note that monthly salary ranges from 2900 - 3200EUR/gross, depending on the candidate’s experience

If you are employed in Lithuania, please note that monthly salary ranges from 3500 - 4000EUR/gross, depending on the candidate’s experience
