ABOUT THE JOB

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for developing asset care and reliability strategies for the overall lifecycle of capital assets (designing, delivering, operating, maintaining, and decommissioning. The person will also act as system owner for the sites Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) –SAP DaMaintis and will be working closely with the sites maintenance manager to ensure the system is fit for purpose and all asset, work orders, preventative maintenance routines and stock information is up to date and accurate. In addition the candidate will support the maintenance stores manager in the day to day running of the sites stores.



Main Responsibilities:

•Act as system owner / administrator for the sites CMMS System - DaMaintis

•Play a lead role in the optimisation of the Site CMMS and the development of the associated process flows

•Coordinate with site Maintenance Specialist / scheduler to ensure that services and inspections are scheduled and performed when due, and that resultant corrective work is promptly performed

•Ensure all equipment required for annual statutory inspections/certification is included within the site asset register

•Responsible for the management of the sites Calibrations Contractor and associated program

•Analyse Equipment History data to ensure that current maintenance programs are effective and fit for purpose

•Works with the project Engineering group to ensure the maintainability of new and modified installations. Act as Maintenance Owner for project to maintenance handovers and ensure the integration of such into maintenance systems i.e. All required data is up-loaded on to the systems

•Reduce and improves maintenance work wherever feasible; assuring efficient and reliable operation of plant, process and equipment while protecting and prolonging the economic life of plant assets at optimal cost

•Drive plant reliability improvement programs through the use of the following reliability engineering technics: FMEAs, OE/availability, RCM and Condition based monitoring programs

•Drives Preventative Maintenance program such as vibration, thermography and other predictive analyses and interpretation of results

•Lead sites Maintenance related RCAs and understand root causes of repeated equipment failures.

•Play a lead role in the development of the sites Maintenance excellence strategy and program

•Provide coaching to the craft teams by sharing your skill-set and expertise in the areas of CMMS and asset care

•Provide system training and technical support where appropriate to the maintenance group

•Responsible for the generation of departmental KPI reports from the Site CMMS

•Responsible for Danone Internal Controls as assigned to you by the Internal Controller


ABOUT YOU

Requirements:

•1 – 3 years relevant experience in an FMCG, fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment with demonstrable and transferable skills

•Experienced in the administration and use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (ie. data entry, data interrogation and report generation)

•Knowledge of SAP based CMMS systems an advantage

•Experience in working in an Industrial Maintenance environment and managing site contractors

•Experienced in the smooth running of an Engineering stores and spares management an advantage

•Relevant Third Level qualification

•Proficient in the use of SAP based CMMS systems
