ABOUT THE JOB
Are you fast learner and goal oriented person? Are you self-driven, have an eye for details? If yes, then take this opportunity and join our team as Finance Associate for Baltics and Finland!


This position is permanent, and it’s based in Riga but as we believe in hybrid work you could choose to work remotely or to work from our office in "Jaunā Teika".


YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Secure financial documents administration and month closing support, especially in accruals preparation;

• Perform cost reporting and contribute to cost planning process;

• Assist in Fixed costs budget process and costs controlling and drive non people fixed costs planning
Secure CC master data correctness and timely update in systems;

• Support Purchase Orders (PO) process, be primary contact on PO/AP;

• Support finance team with day to day administrative tasks.


ABOUT YOU

• Minimum 1 year of job experience in the finance field
Education in Finance, practice in accounting
Knowledge of accounting or controlling modules in ERP systems;

• Experience in financial databases and validation flows management;

• Ability to work quickly and deliver accurate results with respect to set deadlines;

• You have a can-do attitude, process driven mind-set and ability to thrive in dynamic fast changing environment;

• Fluency in English.
