We are looking for a Data Governance Executive to join our DTO team, who will be responsible oversees the data value chain for better decision making and operational excellence, orchestrates Data Community and Service Delivery in the Market, ensuring and leading Data Governance with right level of Data Quality, Security and Integrity, and proactively contributing to Global Nestle Data Management Community.



Main Responsibilities:

• Data Governance and Quality fit-for-purpose, and supporting efficient execution of business flows;
• Establishment and orchestration of Data Governance in The Market (Data Owners, Stewards, Experts etc. ).
Standardization of data models for sharing and scaling up;
• Acting as one face to the Business for data related topics and driving transformation in line with the new Operating Model;
• Ensuring Data Quality and Service Delivery based on service catalogue;
• Improve Data Discoverability and Accessibility in the market with F.A.I.R.(Findable,Accessible, Interoperable,Reusable) perspective;
• Being an active member of the Global Data Community;
• Ensuring and Leading right set of skills in the data team and in the Business;
• Ensuring and Leading proper support for projects and initiatives executed in the Market;
• Understands what Products and Data Sets Nestle IT offers;
• Ensuring and Creating Data Quality KPIs in the market inline with global directions;
• Works closely with senior management to direct and persuade them towards on the common goal;
• Works and collaborate with the IT team for whole standards and execution;
• Align data policy with relevant regulatory,legal and ethical obligations and leads;
• Build data governance community which includes sponsor from senior management.


Qualifications required for this position are as follows:

• Knowledge about data governance tool such as MS Pureview,Alation and similar toolset;
• Excellent data literacy to identify commercial use opportunities,data structures and analytical approaches and use cases;
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent; M.B.A. preferred;
• 5+ Years experiences in Data Management Practices
Good Understanding of Data impact in the different E2E processes (O2C, S2P, R2R, H2R, I2L, P2E);
• Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English;
• Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams;
• Advanced English.
