Deploy, support, improve and secure IT B2C and B2B solutions to enable our multicategory commercial engine , and ensure that company data is secured across the global (cloud-based) and local IT landscape.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Professional with the focus on IT B2C and B2B solutions to join our Market IT Kazakhstan and Central Asia South team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management, IT Project Management, Information Security, and other areas related to Consumer and Commercial system, and Data.

Our Team: Market IT Consumer & Commercial Kazakhstan and Central Asia South actively supports the business tasks of international brands of Philip Morris International. Our company is transforming in every vertical of the organization, helping our consumers move away from cigarettes to potentially reduced-risk nicotine products. We are looking for an IT specialist to help our team with the development, optimization, and modernization of our systems.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Overview: We are looking for an IT specialist with expertise in Consumer (B2C) and Commercial (B2B) IT systems, and Data who will help our team with the development, optimization, and modernization of our IT Portfolio.

The candidate will mainly focus on delivering outstanding IT services by adopting PMI IT Service Management & RUN operating model.

The candidate will play a key role in ensuring the security, integrity, and availability of our organization's Consumer and Commercial Solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of IT Service Management and Information Security best practices, as well as IT Project Management and the ability to design and implement robust IT solutions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Service Management:
Effectively perform the duties of a specialist in terms of IT service management disciplines, perform the duties of an IT Service Provider.
Ensure full compliance of systems and infrastructure with IT Policy Framework and Information Security requirements at every stage of the IT solution lifecycle.
Contribute to the development of IT service management by proposing improvements and implementing them.
Predict problems that may affect IT system support or operation (run) and take appropriate measures to mitigate negative consequences.
Coordinate the implementation of changes and enhancements, and work with problems in accordance with the corporate IT standards.
Establish and maintain constant contact with users in the relevant business functions to understand the significance of IT systems for business processes.
Develop business procedures, system documentation, and training materials to facilitate effective business work with systems.
Propose and actively promote improvements and optimizations of IT Services and related processes based on the understanding of the IT Service Management practices and/ or ITIL.
Manage respective server infrastructure.
Project Delivery:
Participate in all aspects of business process design for the development and implementation of IT systems to provide high-quality system solutions for the business in accordance with company IT Project Management requirements and IT Policy Framework.
Implement and localize global systems considering business specifics and requirements. Facilitate the effective use and adoption of global systems.
Design, implement, and test approved IT solutions to provide high-quality IT capabilities for the business in accordance with business requirements, IT strategy and IT Policy Framework requirements.
Evaluate and recommend software packages to achieve goals in the shortest time and minimize future costs.
Stakeholder Management:
Individual development in Information Technology and leadership skills.
Manage IT projects in accordance with internal company standards.
Proactively identify conflicting business practices, propose solutions leading to system or business process changes.
Assist stakeholders in defining, reengineering, and improving core processes within the business function.
Team Leadership & Development. Manage a team of IT consultants and out-staffed IT specialists.
Effectively manage the budget within projects and services in direct responsibility.
Stakeholder & Vendor relations. Cross-functional collaboration.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) as an IT Analyst (or similar), IT Team Lead, IT Service Manager or IT Project Manager in a large corporate environment.
Experience in designing and deploying Commercial systems, CRM solutions, e-Commerce or other B2B or B2C systems is considered a plus.
Skills in managing complex IT projects (Project Management, Agile project management)
Strong understanding of Information Security principles, IT Risk management.
English language at the "Upper-Intermediate" level.
Deep technical expertise in one of the following domains: software engineering, integrations (client-server interactions, JSON API) or web development frameworks. Knowledge of SQL is an advantage (Microsoft Transact SQL preferred).
ITIL certification is a plus, AWS Cloud (or similar) certification is considered a plus.
Experience in IT infrastructure management is a considered plus.
