Currently Philip Morris Georgia is looking for the CC (Cigarette) Portfolio Development Lead joining our team. This is a great opportunity to work with the diversified, dynamic, and innovation driven team.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Develop CC Portfolio strategy that aligns with business objectives to maximize competitive advantage.
Develop a coherent short-term strategy and contribute to the development of long-term marketing strategy which supports the overall business plan.
Drive the analysis of the Market and adult smokers’ insights to identify needs and opportunities for the growth in CC category, in collaboration with CC Insights, Business planning, Commercial Operations streams. Capitalize on learnings to build overall brand strategies.
Manage the local CC Portfolio ensuring alignment with global CC brands architecture, identity definition and positioning.
Lead the development of CC Portfolio innovations and initiatives with the focus on strategic or fast-growing segments.
Implement and lead end-to-end process of portfolio initiatives, from preparing comprehensive business cases and securing approvals to overseeing commercialization efforts and market launch in a close cooperation with Product Development stream.
Define and manage marketing calendar and planning.
Define, follow up, and act upon relevant KPIs


Required qualifications

Higher education in marketing / business / linguistics
Minimum 5 years of work experience in marketing and project management
PR/marketing background
Very good knowledge of Georgian and English
Work experience in international company and digital marketing is a plus
Work experience as digital / content marketer is a plus
